Karol Żbikowski

Karol Żbikowski is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Foreign Trade Faculty. He also completed Post-Graduate Course in Investment Banking and London Guildhall University Program organized by Banking Academy in Gdańsk and University of Gdańsk. He obtained a securities broker’s licence in 1994.

He was appointed to the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA of the 9th term on 22 May 2014.

He performs the function of Chairman of the Supervisory Board and a Member of the Appointment and Remuneration Committee.

 

 

Eryk Karski

Eryk Karski is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, the Faculty of Finance and Banking. He has got extensive professional experience. He worked at directorial and managerial positions for BRE Bank, Boryszew SA Branch Elana in Toruń, Capital SA and Lentex SA. In Partner Value Fund Poland from 2011. He has got long experience in supervising business activities of companies. He has been a Member of the Polish Institute of Directors since 2008 and a professional member of supervisory boards entered in the list kept by the Polish Institute of Directors.
He was appointed to the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA of the 9th term on 22 May 2014.
He performs the function of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and a Member of the Audit Committee.


Artur Małek

Artur Małek is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, Faculty of Finance and Banking. He also completed post-graduate studies in the School of Entrepreneurship and Management of the Cracow University of Economics, Faculty of Finance and Accounting, as well as Executive MBA course at Oxford Brookes University/Polish Open University and the ICAN Institute – the Strategic Leadership Academy programme, Warsaw. He worked at directorial and managerial positions for companies including Nobelstar Polska sp. z o.o. and Benefit Systems SA. He has been Finance Director in Calypso Fitness SA since 2014.

He was appointed to the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA of the 9th term on 22 May 2014.

He is also a Member of the Audit Committee. 

Tomasz Mosiek

Tomasz Mosiek graduated from the Technical University, Poznań in 1990 with the diploma of Master of Science in Civil Engineering. In 1991 he obtained a securities broker licence and in 1995 an investment advisory licence. Additionally he has completed a number of courses and trainings in financial risk management, pension fund management, derivative instruments and also in Polish and global bond market. He has got long experience in supervising business activities of companies.

He was appointed to the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA of the 9th term on 22 May 2014.

He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

 

 


Ryszard Rafalski

Ryszard Rafalski graduated from the Warsaw Technical University, the Faculty of Mechanical Technologies. He was a researcher and lecturer for many years. He carries out research and development works related to Production Management and Engineering. Supervisor of about 120 diploma theses. He was the head of the major: Production for International Markets in the Faculty of Production Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology. He also conducted post-graduate courses in Project Management for business organizations. In 2008, under the cooperation programme among universities, he completed a research internship the University in Galway, Ireland. In the years 1993-1996 he was assistant director for science in the Institute of Production Systems Organisation at the Warsaw University of Technology. In the years 19951997 he cooperated with ZWAR (High Voltage Products Manufacturer) in Warsaw and after transformation of a stateowned enterprise into a joint stock company he performed the function of Chairman of the Supervisory Board there.

He was appointed to the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA of the 9th term on 22 May 2014.

He is the Chairman of the Appointment and Remuneration Committee.

Paweł Tarnowski

Paweł Tarnowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology. His professional career included the work for such corporations as ING Bank Warsaw, Raiffeisen Capital&Investment Polska, Nordea PTE (earlier PTE Norwich Union and Sampo PTE). He has considerable experience in the analysis of companies, macro economy and financial markets. He completed a number of specialist training courses in Poland and abroad in investment risk management, training for personnel of PTE investment departments, courses for stock exchange analysts and training in bank IT systems. He sits on the Supervisory Board of Arteria SA.

He was appointed to the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA on 22 May 2014.

He is also a Member of the Audit Committee.

 

 

 

 


Jacek Dreżewski

Jacek Dreżewski is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Faculty of Mechanics and Power Engineering. In 1988 he completed a post-graduate course in management and organisation in the Cracow Academy of Economics (now: University of Economics). In 1991 he also passed an exam for members of supervisory boards of corporate entities whose sole shareholder was the Ministry of State Treasury. From the beginning of his professional career he has worked for power industry entities or companies related to power industry sector as President or other managerial positions. He gained his professional experience working for Vattenfall Heat Poland SA, Elektrociepłownia NOWA SARZYNA Sp. z o.o., Elektrociepłownia KRAKÓW SA. A founder and chairman of the Heat and Power Plant Employers Union from 1991 to 1998. President of the Federation of Polish Power Industry Employer Unions in 1995 – 1998. Decorated with the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta, the Gold Cross of Merit and a number of departmental awards.

He tendered his resignation from the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA on 25 July 2016.
